My family and I recently returned to Marettimo after 16 years and opted to stay at the lone island hotel, which boasts an excellent location overlooking the harbour. Despite being early in the season, the inclusive breakfast offered fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and coffee, served on a shaded terrace that we found delightful. During our stay, we enjoyed hiking through the paths surrounded by a thick Mediterranean bush, where the blooming flowers in June created a splendid backdrop for our family adventures. The spacious apartment provided catering facilities, but we chose to dine at the local restaurants, all of which offered unique culinary experiences. With splendid opportunities for swimming at isolated bays and hiking, the accommodation fosters a family-friendly atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a memorable vacation.
